We have an immediate opening on Team Cobalt! We are a small, but fast-growing organization serving the needs of owners and residents of apartment communities under 100 units in size.
Our company motto is "New School Tech. Old School Respect". We aim to show the utmost respect to our fellow team members, owners we manage for & the residents we serve. While not perfect, our online reviews show we do a very good job of it.
Our porter plays a vital role in delivering the high level of service we pride ourselves on.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspect property & buildings on a daily basis
- Collect trash on grounds and around dumpster enclosures
- Clean pet area & restock waste bags
- Blow/sweep sidewalks, parking lots, hallways & pool areas
- Assist maintenance technicians
- Assist with key control & tracking
- Report findings to property management team
- Communicate with residents in a polite & respectful manner
Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated, honest & accountable
- Ability to communicate (verbally & in writing)
- Must be comfortable using technology (inspection software, email, etc..)
