Class Wednesday night! 😍😍 We’ll be focusing on some glute strengthening!! BUTT WHHHY??? 😂
Strong glutes are important for correct pelvic alignment, they help propel you forward during walking and running, and even standing on one leg. Ya butt muscles also help support your lower back during lifting, and a big one, they help prevent knee injuries.
You’re going to feel great after this class, a different edge with pilates combined with yoga, lots of breath work and meditating on Jesus and His goodness. ♥️⚡️
