Congregation Kiddush HaShem HaKavod
Important Update
Shalom,
We apologize for the delay in teachings.
During the last few months we have had 2 deaths in the immediate family (D'vorahs brother and her father). Additionally, D'vorah has been diagnosed with cancer and has had surgery to remove the tumor.
Your prayers would be appreciated.
In order to facilitate teaching on a more regular schedule we are making the following changes:
- Teachings will be posted by subject and reference to scriptures, not limited to Shabbat times and dates.
- Length of teachings will be shorter to better accommodate listeners busy schedules.
- Focus will remain on scripture, history and culture to enhance understanding.
Blessings and Shalom

Shalom,
The Feast of Sukkot begins Monday 6 Oct 2025 in the evening before Sundown.
Sukkot last for 7 days from 6 October thru 13 October until Sundown. It commerates the 40 years in the desert when HaShem dwelt with his people and they lived in temporary structures (booths).
Sundown 13 October until Sundown 14 October is Shmini Atzeret - the 8th Day when HaShem dwelt 1 additional day with Israel.
Relevance to today - It is a commanded feast and a manditory time for Israel to dwell with HaShem in booths.
Yeshua (The Messiah) kept this feast and the book of the Revelation states thet in the Millenial Kingdom all nations must come to Jerusalem or they will receive no rain.
