Rush Order, Returns & Issues
-If you need something by a specific date, please reach out to ask if I can accommodate because orders processed in the order they are received. This is considered a rush order and you must pay, if not ordering at least 2 weeks in advance.
-Cancellations are accepted as long as the order did not ship.
-If you happen to experience Issues/errors/damages/missing items, etc with your order, please reach out within 5 days from the delivery or receive date to [email protected]. You must include your order number, picture of the damage/defect, etc, and any information about what is going on. After 5 days, I am not able to offer replacements or refunds.
-Refunds are issued on a case by case basis & if approved, it will go back to the original form of payment used at checkout.

Freshies w/ Aroma beads...

Although you can hang them in other places, I recommend you specially add them to the rearview mirror of your vehicle. This is where you will get the most fragrance out of them because they are heat activated.

During the scotching hot & summer months, I recommend you store them in a cool place for longevity or park your car in a good shaded area. If not, you will experience the freshie melting and you will have a complete mess on your dash board from the paint and mica colorant.
