The Flower Podcast
I planted them too late!!
I planted these beauties in late November of 2024. I was hoping for a show in 2025. Needless to say that didn’t happen.
But wow!! 2026 was a tremendous show!! Most of the plants have 3 stems, maybe 4 on a few. Wonderful for cut flowers and florists.
Grateful for !! You know how to pick the good stuff!!
Variety is Digitalis ‘Cafe Cream’!!

Just wanted to share some tips!! Read below!👇
Hi everyone!!
First, cutting your delphinium at the right stage can make all the difference for your customers. It can take a pretty moment and turn it into a WOW moment. Local product doesn’t have to be boxed and shipped. So make it the best you can!!
Second, This newer ranunculus is really wonderful. I think it will give ‘Hanoi’ some real competition. This variety is called ‘Nebbia’. I’ve seen it from Italy and now Ecuador. Both start off with a little more color but fade to a beautiful blush.
Third, It’s never too late to plant hellebore!! There’s always new varieties being introduced to the market. You can pick the latest and greatest to include in your flower selection.
Have a great day!!
