Many of them were not born into safety but were shaped by experiences they did not choose, yet they still carry the same capacity for trust, comfort, and connection. When given patience and care, even the most guarded stray can begin to show signs of softness and familiarity again. It is a reminder that their value has never changed, only their situation has.
