The concept of paying it forward is pretty simple. Whenever we are shown kindness, we should pay it forward by showing kindness to others, and they do the same, and so on, ultimately leading to a selfless ripple of kindness.

Global Pay it Forward Day is celebrated in over 80 countries, encouraging us to collectively perform random acts of kindness in a bid to pay forward some of the kindness we may have been shown in the past.

The word pizza was first documented in AD 997 in Gaetal, Italy, and then in different areas of Central and Southern Italy. After WWII, the rest of the world learned about pizza thanks to the Allied Troops.

Pizza first made its appearance in the United States with the arrival of Italian immigrants in the late 19th century.

The first printed reference to "pizza" served in the US is a 1904 article in "The Boston Journal." Giovanni and Gennaro Bruno came to America from Naples, Italy, in 1903 and introduced the Neapolitan pizza to Boston. Later, Vincent Bruno (Giovanni's son) went on to open the first pizzeria in Chicago.
