Some gates don't need a quick fix -- they need a full rebuild.

Nick with NT Security was called to a pool gate in Roswell that was failing in multiple ways. The hinges were misaligned, the closer wasn't functioning, and the maglock wasn't locking. Instead of patching one symptom at a time, Nick's crew took the gate completely off and rebuilt it.

New sealed bearing hinges top and bottom. Hydraulic closer installed and properly aligned. Maglock realigned so it actually locks. And when they noticed the post was still twisting under stress, they fabricated and installed a 3-inch square tube post with a 1x3 cross-member to eliminate post twist for good. Fresh paint, and Josh demonstrates the gate operation.
