Final Phase, LLC

Mustard Seed Tenant Improvement Project - we are through paint and carpet, ready for break room cabinets, plumbing set out, electrical trim and appliance installation. We should be substantially complete by Friday. It's been a pleasure working with Reverend, Zac Morton, and the project team.

Huey Screened Patio Area - I worked with Charles Hodges Gardens Ltd on this project. We created a wonderful outdoor living space for Tammy and Rob Huey that live in Sandy Springs. Check out the before and after photos.

Cheng Kitchen - we recently completed another Kitchen Renovation which included the powder room, laundry room and some improvements to the entire first floor. I have attached some photos for your review. I also want to say thank you to my design team Libby Britt, Interior Designer, and Shannon Piet, Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer. Both of you were very instrumental in making this project a success.

Caylor Sunroom - it's been a while since our last post. We have completed the sheetrock, flooring, wood trim, painting and electrical trim out. Mechanical systems scheduled this week. Check out the photos

Caylor Sunroom - we are moving along nicely. We finished installling the james hardy siding, soffits and fascia. The roof and the gable end - cedar shake siding has been installed. The metal apron installed and we replaced the shingle roof with standing seam on the Family Room bay window. We are officially dried in. Check out the photos

Caylor Sunroom - Ok, we made some progress since the last post. We completed the roof framing, installed sheathing and roof deck boards, installed house wrap and installed the doors and windows. Ready to install siding, trim and roofing. Check out the photos
