Here is a a little hyperlapse of a typical gutter screen install. Here’s what we like so much about the small hole screens…
- ease of installation compared to gutter helmet/ solid toppers
- ease of removal for any repairs/ damage
- about 2-3% debris will filter through but can be blown out quickly.
- we can see through the mesh to identify any critter homes
- keeps debris out of your gutters and more importantly downspouts that may clog underground.

It’s that time of year for a gutter clean and fresh gutter screens!
Gutter screen allows the tiny debris to filter through and keeps out the large debris that can weigh your gutter down. We still come through and blow the small debris out every year but it’s a quick in and out that allows us to clean and inspect the roof incredibly quickly.
