Many may know I’ve been wholesaling real estate a long time over 10 years !

8 months ago I made the biggest change of my career and it was something so simple !

I was out there chasing apartment building all across the country (nothing wrong with that) learning how to buy self storage facilities with and a bunch of other things .

My sales team and I had disagreement and everyone left. It was like the plug was pull and the system stopped. No leads No Offers No Contracts for 45-60 days

Then God came to me and he said that simple thing to me . He said “get back to the basic” and I did just that since September 2025 I’ve been full time hands on my wholesale business. I mean I’m generating leads, making offers , signing contracts. My long time friend and business partner selling the deals to our VIP buyers (40k profit plus per deal)

To look us and in one focused quarter we produce just about 500k is bitter sweet ! I told myself these next 36 months stick to the basic and run the bag up !

Should I go live and teach exactly how I’m running an entire wholesale business with no VAs, no sale team, no marketing companies etc !?
