No matter how many times I post, tag and/or announce that I’m in Africa, I still get asked at least twice a day, “wait, where are you?!” 😅😩 So, for the people in the back🙃 ➡️

My transparency: At first I felt guilty like, damn I am not making it clear enough. I need to make a YouTube, a reel, hell something, anything-so that people can see that I’m LITERALLY WALKING in my dreams AND they can do it.
Than I took a deep breath and laughed.
I settled for this simple post for a few reasons.
For 1, this social media game used to give me anxiety and I release all that s**t. So putting together some extravagant media package just to explain my transition-nah, no thanks.
And the other reason is this: Those who are genuinely curious and/or invested in my story will take the time to read the caption. Those who are eager for self elevation will engage and inquire. And those who are just mindlessly scrolling by may miss it. And that is okay.
It’s not in my profession to chase anybody. It’s up to you to chase the dream. On that path, you’ll find me. Pinky Promise 🤙🏾
