Mobile Cocktails ATL

Here's a fun and festive drink you may try for NYE. I didn't come up with this drink so pay respect to the creator. It is a beautiful mashup of daiquiri and Negroni.

1 1/2 oz rhum agricole (Preferably Rhum Clement Select Barrel
3/4 lime juice (12 limes for a batch)
1/2 oz of cane syrup (Steens is available at Walmart)
1/4 oz Campari (1 bottle for a batch)
Shake the rum, lime juice and syrup over ice, strain and pour the Campari down the side of the glass to settle at the bottom. Drink should be served in martini or coupe. Use fresh cracked pepper as a garnish.
