WHY??
Because I didn’t appreciate Me!
I taught them how to treat me. I didn’t set boundaries. I didn’t walk away when I should have. I only stayed because that’s what I saw woman in my family do. I thought I had to be a certain way in order for a man to love me or for our relationship to work. suddenly, a lightbulb went off, and I got tired of being hurt. I changed the way that I thought about myself and the same love that I gave to others, I started to give to myself and nurture me.
