“More Leg” is a targeted 4-week off-horse training program designed to build the strength, stability, and coordination riders need for a more effective lower leg in the saddle.Through rider-specific exercises that mirror the physical demands of riding, you’ll improve core-to-pelvis control, strengthen key muscle groups that support leg position, and develop the mobility needed for better alignment.By the end of the program, you’ll ride with greater stability, a stronger seat foundation, improved balance and posture, and a leg that feels more connected, consistent, and confident regardless of your discipline.A strong leg is a quiet leg.
