There is something immensely satisfying about milling up a bundle of 1x12's and seeing that finished stack ready to go into the kiln.

Had the pleasure of milling up some absolutely beautiful White Oak. It is going to be turned into Shiplap for a new building. The White Oak logs came from the property where the building is going up.

When it came time to replace the dock boards, we decided to upgrade. Rather than replacing the boards with the 3/4 inch thick boards that were on there, we increased the thickness to 1.5 inches. What a difference it made! Now the dock feels stiffer, stronger, and more stable than ever.
