Who doesn’t like Ramen noodles. If you’re fan of Asian cuisine, you definitely love them.
At okiboru tsukemen n ramen, the noodles are made from the scratch. They offer different varieties of noodles.
I heard about this place and went there to try it. I ordered Tori Paitan bowl, which consists of thick chicken broth, noodles with chicken meatballs and boiled egg.
It was an amazing experience. It is definitely worth trying for all the ramen noodles lovers.

Sometimes we need help in the moment when things are not going well. This can throw us off the track and things seem very bleak.
Everyone has problems but the best way is to count your blessing rather than focus on negativity.
The best strategy is to practice gratitude. You must have noticed, people who have everything are so unhappy. While people with little possessions are much more happier.
Being grateful for this very life is the biggest blessing in itself.
Everyday count at three of your blessing and be thankful for it. Keep a journal and write them down.
Giving back to community is another way to be happy. It gives you a purpose and inner satisfaction.
Hanging out with friends and loved ones, expressing your love to family, taking time for yourself can do wonders.

“Don’t be uncertain about your future.....create it.”
I have learned this lesson the hard way. Although, I knew and was told that we are the creator of our future, but always liked to blame others and the circumstances for my situation.
I was afraid to take steps to change, since I was uncertain about the consequences and fear of being failed. Until, one day I had no choice but to embrace it.
Uncertainty comes from our past experiences. Insecurities and fear of the unknown holds us back.
What if we try something new, what if we find success instead of failure, what if the new job or the new venture turns our life around for the better?
Look at the possibilities instead of getting caught up in the negative emotions. Don’t view the world from the worst case scenario.
Don’t let the failures of the past determine your future. The outcome could be very different from your previous experiences.
Do not be afraid of judgment. People who judge you have nothing to do with your life.
Open your mind and don’t live in a survival mode. Many successful people have faced failures before finally making it.
It doesn’t matter at what point you are in your life. Future is still a blank canvas. Write your story, just the way you want it.

As the new year approaches, millions of people make resolutions, including myself.
Just after a couple of months, most of them either forget about them or can’t follow through.
A friend of mine, who is a gym owner was telling us how the gym is full every year in January. By the mid February, more than half members give up.
The most common resolutions are losing weight, exercise more, quit smoking, learn a new skill etc.
As the glow of the new year fades, so do our resolutions. The reason being we don’t set the realistic goals.
The good news is, we can make our resolutions work if follow through them properly. Here are some suggestions:
1️⃣ Set realistic goals, that are achievable.
2️⃣ Set goals that motivate you and you are really passionate about them.
3️⃣ Be mentally prepared for a change.
Remember, it is hard to break the old habits.
4️⃣ Write down your goals and keep reviewing them regularly. This way you can keep on track.
5️⃣ Be very specific about your goals. It is easy to get lost when you setup a bunch of goals.
6️⃣ Break big goals into smaller ones. It is easy to achieve smaller goals and work your way through your big goal.
7️⃣ Get an accountability partner. This is an easy way to stay on track.
Making resolutions is very important, but we don’t have to wait for a new year to make changes in our lives.
At any point in the year we can decide to make positive changes in our lives. Right from trying a new skill or boosting our wellbeing.
