How does homemade ketchup compare to Hunts and Heinz? 1- The flavor is richer and more interesting. 2- The texture is less like an industrial lubricant and more like the texture that ketchup should be. 3- It’s not made from tomato concentrate, there’s no corn syrup, there’s no high fructose corn syrup, and there are no other strange industrial ingredients.
