The word I used this week to keep me motivated to reach new heights is

Persistent: I often think of when I had teenagers. When they wanted something that to them was the cure all to end all they were persistent in "bugging" me to the point I would finally make a decision to grant them the request or give the them the final NO.

I find my self each day having that same drive and persistent attitude to achieve the projects and goals I set so that I can grow both mentally and spiritually. We have to be in a continual persistent state to achieve growth and growth forces us to reach new heights in our life.

As you close out your week, remember Persistent is the fuel that drives the growth train and lays new track to reach new heights.

A leader at times will influence and coach from afar. People will follow out of desire not fear ~D EDGE~
