Lenz is proud to unveil our new logo, designed to honor our past, present, and future — as well as our new home.

Retained from the original mark, created in the early 1990s, are the circular form, the color orange, and of course the company name. But careful observers will notice a softer orange, a rounded, more contemporary type treatment, and a number of changes to the icon — including the introduction of a secondary brand color, a green hue.

This new mark was imagined and designed by Scott Sanders, with vital contributions by Stephen Lacienski and Christine Mahin.

Lenz recently partnered with City of Brookhaven, Georgia to launch their “Better Together” campaign, designed to highlight the community’s beauty, culture, and unique offerings to residents, businesses, families, and visitors. The campaign is running in radio, print, outdoor, and online.

Here at Lenz, we never pass up an opportunity to talk about the history of design and imagery and how symbols are used to communicate complex ideas...including on St. Patrick's Day! 🍀

The female figure Hibernia, pictured here, is one such symbol you will likely see today and through the month of March as people celebrate this Irish holiday. Hibernia represents a long history of personifying Ireland as a woman, beginning with her use in political cartoons of the 1800s. Later depictions of Irish nationhood evolved to include Erin (or Ériu), the goddess of the isle, and Kathleen Ni Houlihan, the mythical symbol and emblem of nationalism.
