Tony passed on to be with the Father on Christmas Day. He impacted my playing and view of bluegrass in such a way that I’ll never forget it. I’ve returned to my first love which is bluegrass only to find him there still influencing and guiding the way. Tony, until we pick on the other side together have fun pickin and grinnin in the angel band. You will missed here on earth but never forgotten. Fare Thee Well.

I’ve been so fortunate to share so many great memories with this guy. He is my brother that I didn’t have. There’s not a day that goes by I don’t talk about, think about and use something he’s taught me. And it’s not just me. God has used this man in so many ways in the lives of many others. I’m grateful for our brotherhood Happy Burfday YDBH. I LOVE YOU.
