Parent Engagement is the key to helping your student get to and through college debt free. Oftentimes students need parents to connect them to resources available to learn how to balance in the scholarship process with their daily schedule. 🕐

Oftentimes students need parents to connect them to resources available to learn how to treat the scholarship process like it's a part-time job. One that will pay all of their college bills such as (Tuition, Dormitory, Mealplan, Books, Administration Fees, Out-of-State Fees, Living Expenses, Travel etc). 💼

Oftentimes students need parents to be that same cheer coach that sat inside of the stadiums/auditoriums to watch sports, cheer, dance etc. You're needed to inspire, empower and encourage students in understanding that: "They can do anything they put their mind to....including winning scholarships."

Imagine the HR Departments reviewing resumes listing a few scholarships, that the student won to pay for college. Students want to give them something to turn their heads in the direction of you. 👀

April is Financial Literacy Month! 💰

🔑 The key to seeing your student graduate from college debt free is parent engagement. It's equivalent to a student who plays a sport. If the only engagement they received was a parent dropping them off for GameDay then leaving to return later to pick them back up, their momentum would be lost.

Our young people need a Parent Coach right on up to their college graduation day encouraging, inspiring and reminding them that they can do "Anything that they put their mind to."

Getting your student involved in the essay scholarship process, builds their writing skills for the demands that will come from college professors. College is all about writing. ✍️ 📝
