Last week I addressed the Gwinnett County School Board at their monthly Business Meeting.
As a prospective candidate for the board and engaged community member, I spoke on the merits of the Play 2 Learn initiative.
I spoke on its importance to improving our Kindergarten readiness numbers. What and how our children learn in their first years of life has a long lasting effect on their success and health as they go through the K-12 system and adulthood.

Thank you to the Gwinnett County School Board for letting me address the board and citizens of Gwinnett on this important issue.
