Former NFL star Brandon Marshall found that out firsthand after posting a video of his son running as punishment, and now social media is divided.Marshall posted a video showing his son running through the neighborhood in the early morning hours as punishment while he followed behind in his vehicle. According to Marshall, the lesson wasn’t about punishment alone. He says he’s teaching his son discipline, accountability, leadership, and how to become “a warrior.”

“I don’t gotta put my hands on you… I’m training you up to be a warrior. To be a leader. To serve. Have discipline. To be better than me.”

The video quickly sparked debate online, with some praising Marshall’s approach as tough but effective parenting, while others questioned whether the punishment went too far.
