Senior Product Manager needed to direct product development, ensure high return on investment and improve our customer's experience. You’ll translate innovative ideas into strategy and features and work cross-functionally with product development from start to finish. To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver. If you’re confident that you know what ideas will and won’t work, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
• Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
• Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
• Suggest ways to monitor, establish and measure success metrics.
Skills
• Proven 5+ years of experience in product management, design or similar role
• Experience in model building, testing, validation and data collection
• Experience with industry 4.0 or manufacturing a plus
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and independently
• Creative thinking
• BSC/BA in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate programs. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company’s culture. You will oversee the progress of operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.

Responsibilities

Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
Decide on suitable strategies and objectives to ensure clients satisfaction
Coordinate on-site trips to assist clients
Supervise and evaluate project managers and other staff
Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
Maintain the appropriate documents, rules, processes, policies for healthy communication and client's internal project management program.
Report client progress to CEO
Skills

Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
Experience with startups and ability to work in fast paced environment
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
Technology experience in Engineering or Science is a plus
Excellent problem-solving ability and team management
