Over the years, I tried countless wellness hacks, diets, and workouts. Some promised miracles, others just made life more complicated. But nothing really stuck. π£β

I eventually realized that focusing on a few simple, consistent pillars are what actually creates lasting wellness.β

These became my roadmap: the CLEAN.FIT 4, which have transformed my energy, mindset, and how I approach each day. β

Hereβs an example from each pillar that I do daily:β

ππ’π§ππ¬ππ: Listen to a few minutes of podcast while doing things around the house (it motivates and inspires me!)β
ππ¨π―ππ¦ππ§π: Go for a 15-minute walk after school drop-off before starting my day (sometimes itβs the only exercise I get for the day π€·ββοΈ).β
ππππ₯π¬: Make a green smoothie each morning.β
ππ’π§π’π¦ππ₯ ππ¨π±π’π§π¬: Wipe down my counters with a DIY cleaner (Β½ vinegar, Β½ water, a dropper of tea tree oil).β
