Strong Is Clean. Ego Is Loud.

What’s more impressive: moving the most weight in the room, or owning a weight with so much control that nobody can question the rep?

Easy.
Control wins. Every time.

Because anybody can make a weight move.
Bounce it. Swing it. Twist it. Let momentum do half the job and call it “strength.”
