Statistics show that majority of small businesses will not make it. When I got into business development I was able to understand why. People have the passion and are skilled in their craft, but many struggle on the ex*****on side of things - which will make or break you reaching your ideal client, which will make or break your sales, which will make or break your ability to sustain long term. It is all a domino effect that starts at the foundation.
You cannot build a solid business on rocky foundation. Periodt.
It hurt me to see it and I know individually I could not help everyone so I created Business Planning 101. A course that breaks down all the foundational components of building a business that can sustain long term. Once upon a time I only took off holidays and man oh man did I hate it 😭
I didn’t like having to schedule calls during the holiday season at all. I wanted to spend time with my family, binge holiday movies, enjoy day time outtings with my friends so the following year I made some changes.
