So a formal announcement is coming via press release but Walter Poole III is the official President of the WBU World Boxing Union, Inc, and shall remain such even as it transitions to the UK United Kingdom. The new ownership group, based in Wyoming, retained me to vet the person to lead the WBU and hands down it is Mr. Poole. His business experience and reputation as a humanitarian without boundaries makes him qualified to lead the WBU into the next decade. Already he has begun assembling a tremendous Executive Committee.
