I know some of you are wondering how I’m doing or what recovery looks like, so here’s a very real life look.
This is glimpse into the PT Bed exercises I do 3x a day.
I have 2 more sets of other PT exercises as well and will share those soon.
I have a long way to go, but trying to take it day by day. I’m in some pain, but hanging in there.
What I would give to do some jump squats or dead lifts or just drive or walk without my walker….but I know it will come in time.
