1️⃣ Earnest Money Deposit: This secures the buyer’s intent to purchase. Think of it as your “we mean business” money 💰.
2️⃣ Inspections: We’ll inspect the home to ensure everything is in tip-top shape or negotiate repairs if needed 🔍🏠.
3️⃣ Appraisal: The lender will confirm the home’s value aligns with the purchase price 💵.
4️⃣ Financing Finalization: Loan approval gets wrapped up like a nice little bow 🎁.
5️⃣ Closing Day Prep: We dot the i’s, cross the t’s, and get ready to transfer those keys 🗝️!
