I read this article online tonight, and didn't think too much of it. Sometimes articles about a new iOS update seem to be all scare but short on truth. However, I checked my settings just in case, and was surprised to see that in just one week with iOS 9, my data usage was out of control! If I'd waited a whole month, there could have been major issues. It might have cost me even more than my latest library fine!
