Oh Man! Time flies. I worked on this film what seems like forever ago. It was such a creative process working with so many talented poets and film makers to produce this wonderful story of kids living in LA in the heat of Summertime. We had many obstacles to overcome to capture the streets of LA, the poets out in the elements, the music, and these very heartfelt performances. I fell in love with the whole cast, the producers, the crew, and the city making this one. Yes it went to Sundance and I am excited to announce it will be released to the public very soon. Here’s a link to a show I worked on last month. As the location sound mixer I was responsible for the interviews for Khalid as well as Chloe and Halle. I also recorded the musical performance for Chloe and Halle. It’s nice to see how a crew can bring 3 artist in 3 different locations to perform for one event. This was quick turnaround as well. I had so much fun working on this Commercial for an Indian Client. It was a challenge trying to work on the American half of the shoot but our crew did a great job matching things up.
