I let the day go by without shouting out my big girl! 😲 BAD MOMMA. But she forgives me. Because she has grace & courtesy, a loving & kind heart and she LOVES her momma. My baby has crossed over from single digits to double digits with maturity and amazing grades. Y’all help me wish Miracle a happy birthday. 🎉🎊🎁🎈🎂

Bring your TinyYogis to our Children’s Yoga Class every Sunday starting May 5th at 11:00am. We’ll be stretching, and relaxing and learning self regulation techniques. Guaranteed to be fun for ages 3-10. (Monthly & Weekly options available.)

Children’s Monthly Yoga Class Children deal with stress, but do they know how to handle it? Stressed out kids often become volatile adults. Teach them peace early.

Busy but fun day! Art & Yoga go together like peanut butter & Jelly! Thanks to everyone that joined us. We’ll be back again for those that missed it. Plus, we’ll be starting regular classes again soon. Then we went to King Memorial to kick off our Black History Month. Crazy week, so it felt good to enjoy my girls!
