Today, I took two losses back-to-back. Not because the market did something wild — but because I made 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 and 𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 decisions.

I felt it immediately. It threw me off. And it could’ve ruined my whole day.

But here’s what I’ve learned on this journey:

With the support of my community and my husband, I took a step back, reset my mind, and returned to my plan — not my feelings.
