My second report on my 14 day fast describes how I am stacking 2 other activities with fasting to accelerate my gains.
Variability in my life is important to me. I have a wide repertoire of workouts that are short enough to minimize my resistance and intense enough to maximize my benefits.
I keep most of them short, less than 15 minutes, so they are easier to complete.
