MID-MONTH MARKET UPDATE! January saw buyers re-entering the market after taking a break during the holidays. Sellers also decided to begin prepping their homes to sell this Spring! With interest rates having dropped below 6% and good news on inflation numbers, it was encouraging for the real estate market. We are poised for a positive Spring Market ahead!
