My nonprofit (Plant Food ROCKS) just won a Grassroots Grant from and ! With the award, we will expand our gardening project at Arlington Elementary school.

Humans are the only species who drink the milk of another species! There’s a reason so many people are lactose intolerant …. We don’t need cows milk. It was never intended for us. It’s intended for calfs for their growth.

This Thanksgiving I have SO many reasons to be thankful. The beginning of the year I launched a book, a few months ago we relaunched two new garden projects, and I became a Master Gardener.
