Simple observation re: leadership after watching the VP debate last night: when communicating with another beyond laughing, interruptions when another person is speaking, non-verbal facials of mockery and verbal slangs.......when you use your finger and a pen so many times to point at someone, it this case the moderator, it simply shouts control and position power. Leaders who use personal power know better than that. I do not know many supporters who respect a person in leadership to use these tactics.

My rough agenda after an amazing day on site for my client to conduct team blending training tomorrow outside of Las Cruces New Mexico, hey I even got to cross the Rio Grande, the stage is set and a few more powerpoint point slides! This is an amazing company taking cultures and turning these algae/crud productions into oil! Which then becomes jet fuel, gasoline, etc! The place is surrounded by rock walls and concertina wire!

Countdown to Las Cruces, New Mexico to conduct training for Sapphire Energy, T+45 hours! Can anyone say Chili Rellenos on the horizon! I will be seeking an overdose! Morning, Noon and Night! Amigos.......es especial!
