✨Sold & Closed✨ Congratulations are in order for my girl .hadadzadeh! Parisa is a former coworker turned friend and now turned client! Parisa has been such a trooper throughout this entire process! After months of searching in this crazy Atlanta market, submitting multiple offers, and losing a few bidding wars we finally locked in on her new home! Ironically, the seller of the home was an old friend of Parisa’s family. Even more ironic, the renovated condo she purchased she actually lived in another unit in the same condo community as a child!
