Jupiter is a New York-based singer, songwriter, musician, and producer from Atlanta, Georgia. She uses her early gospel and classical influences, combined with vocal influence from the likes of Chet Faker, Anita Baker, Toni Braxton, Nina Simone, Amy Winehouse, Alex Turner, and many other classic artists and musicians to generate her own unique blend of Alternative Soul. In addition, she draws from descriptive writing styles based in poetry and prose to create a narrative of her own through her lyrics. Her art is characterized by the use of the voice as a versatile instrument capable of various forms of embellishment, improvisation, and an ever improving range along with the accompaniment of a vivid style of writing and relaxed instrumentals.
