Listen I learned that you won't make everyone happy but you do your best. Sometimes you have to remember you are human and so are your clients and they don't always make sense and you don't see eye to eye! I am still working on not taking it so personally because I get personally involved and often become life long friends with my clients. So its hard not to feel a little hurt when your are told it didn't go well especially when what they are upset about did not really happen. I think I have found my coping method I just relax and review my 100s of positive reviews and remember 1 out of 100 is still an A plus!
My vendors friends how do you cope with unhappy clients? Do you take it personally ? What advice would you give another vendor?
