The Cenotes Crew experiencing our first dive into the ancient death pool of the Mayans.
During our exploration I contemplated sacrificing to the Gods but I feared they would reject my offerings π
I realized that swims like a fish but hates eating it..No Bueno
I also learned that just because the box says its waterproof doesnt mean its waterproof until asks the product engineer behind the cash register to confirm π€£...not going to lie the whole time I for sure thought my case was going to open
I learned that is a side hustle Archeologist who wanted to become an expert on Cenote rock formations.
I also learned that BATS are cool and like to chill. So leave those MF alone and stop eating them. π¦ π¦

Braised Short Rib w/ Coconut Red Curry

Short Rib braised for 5 1/2 hours then set in a Coconut Red Curry with Bamboo Sheets, Snow Peas, Carrots, Red Bell Pepper & Serrano peppers.
