I used to think that "trusting God" meant that everything would eventually feel easy.
I was wrong.
In fact, the hardest seasons of my life weren't the ones where I lacked faith,they were the ones where I simply misunderstood what faith actually looks like. It isn’t the absence of a storm; it’s finding peace right in the middle of it.
If you are currently in a season where you feel like you’re just holding on, or if you’re staring at a blank page wondering how to start, please hear this: your pace does not determine your worth.
We spend so much time focusing on the size of our problems that we forget to look at the size of our God. We mistake His silence for absence, when really, He is just preparing us for what’s next.
That thought has been my anchor this week. It reminded me that the growth I'm experiencing in the quiet, unseen moments is just as valuable as the breakthrough everyone else sees.
You are being held by the One who created the stars. You don't need to trade your peace for the pressure of keeping up with everyone else.
Just keep showing up. Keep being brave enough to trust, even when the path ahead is covered in fog. You are building something beautiful, one day at a time.
Your story isn't over; the Author is still writing a chapter that will bring Him glory.
