We're looking for a Success Manager to join our growing team at Click. In this role, you'll partner with customers throughout their journey, helping them maximize the value of our marketing automation platform while driving adoption, retention and long-term success.

What you'll be doing:
✅ Acting as a trusted advisor to your customers
✅ Developing and executing customer success plans
✅ Leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
✅ Identifying opportunities to improve adoption and reduce churn
✅ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

We're looking for someone with:
✔ Customer Success, Account Management or Marketing Automation experience
✔ Strong relationship-building and communication skills
✔ A consultative mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed
✔ The ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced SaaS environment
