A totally unexpected meetup with my friend & classmate of 30 plus years. One of us stopped growing up a long time ago thoughđ. The baddest Cougars in these Miami streetsâ¤ď¸. I think the Karr class of 96 was blessed with great genes because most of us havenât aged a bit! My girl was looking goodt!! Love you friend and enjoy your getaway â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸
My 1st solo trip I chose to go to Rishikesh, India to practice Yoga for a month and to earn a teaching certificate. It took some time to get there, approximately 24 hours of travel time. Flight was more than the program I chose. It was nice to pay one very reasonable price that included a private room with a private bathroom, all of the instructors and 3 meals 6 days a week. The highlight of this trip was being able to witness our instructor getting married which was an event that took place over several days. I was having a conversation the other day about not having full body photos to compare a then versus now. Well my sweet friend found a ton of them and so I created a collage since I keep saying I donât see a big difference. Well holy s**t! Luckily I still held on to my big girl clothes for me to take a current photo. I havenât decided on buying anything new yet because Iâm still a work in progress. Having a ton of fun with both of my trainers and getting closer with all the ladies at I just thought I was going workout and that was it. Those ladies are super supportive, motivating and encouraging. I always look forward to seeing them when I get to class. We all struggle through the workouts together, no matter the size or shape. I guess yâall are stuck with me nowđĽ°
