It wouldn’t be a thorough employment law seminar without a discussion of restrictive covenants. Thanks to Neil Weinrich and Jeff Fisher for giving us the employee’s and employer’s perspectives on these important issues.

Please join us on October 12 for our annual CLE program at the State Bar of Georgia. The agenda will include hot topics in employment law, an ethics presentation from the General Counsel of the State Bar, a professionalism presentation from N.D. Ga. District Judge Steven Grimberg, an update from the Regional Director of the Atlanta EEOC office Darrel Graham, and presenters on mediation, wage and hour cases, restrictive covenants, and other employment issues, from both employee and management perspectives.
