+ Schedules and (dispatches) drivers through radio contact. (i.e., cell phone, tablet, 2-way radio)
+ Answer calls from clients and schedule services.
+ Maintains records, logs, and schedules of the calls from clients and schedule transit services, drivers dispatched, and customer cancellations or no-shows.
+ Prepares reports on all activities occurring during daily shifts.
+ Responds, records and resolves customer feedback via multiple channels.
+ Communicate and coordinates with internal departments to help meet customer needs.
+ Performs weekly audits that meets company policies and procedures.
+ Handles any other duty assigned by the Management.

+ Responsible for overseeing the smooth running of HR and administrative task for the organization, and the daily office and field activities.
+ Defining job positions for recruitment and managing interviewing process.
+ Carrying out staff induction for new team members.
+ Responsible for training, evaluation and assessment of employees.
+ Responsible for arranging travel, meetings and appointments.
+ Conduct all necessary background checks.
