We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist to support billing, invoicing, payment processing, and customer account activities for a growing company in Suwanee.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving billing discrepancies, staying organized, and communicating professionally with both customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing and processing customer invoices accurately and on time
• Reconciling internal accounting records and assisting with payment posting
• Researching and resolving billing issues, invoice discrepancies, and account questions
• Reviewing customer documentation, contract terms, coding, and account setup information
• Processing automatic drafts, credit card payments, and account updates
• Maintaining organized billing files and clear customer-account documentation
• Supporting additional accounting projects as business needs arise

Preferred qualifications:
• Previous accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with accounting or payment-processing platforms
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required

This position requires a credit, criminal background, and drug screening.
