Situated on a 30-acre site at the former Englewood Manor within Atlanta’s BeltLine corridor, these projects will deliver 160 independent senior units (ages 62+) and 200 mixed-income rental units for families—alongside new retail and homeownership opportunities.
Together, they form a cornerstone of a broader, comprehensive community revitalization strategy.
